Support Groups provide an amazing opportunity to talk to other people experiencing a similar situation in an environment which is facilitated by a Professional Counsellor.  They provide an opportunity to talk openly in a safe environment about your experience and what you are feeling or rather have encountered on your new journey.

I am excited about being able to offer you an online support group. 

So how does this vary from a face-to-face group?

These groups are structured over a 4 week period.  During this time, you can log on as many times as you want at any time of day that is convenient to you.  It is a private (closed) group for the 4 week duration therefore it is only available to you using password access.

I will be accessing these groups daily during this time and interacting with the group however there will be a 'live' session once a week for members who can make that time. 

You will be able to interact with other members of the group and share a sense of connectedness through forums. 

This online support group is affordable and it doesn't matter where you live in Australia!
